Astrotec AS-100HD

A beautiful set of headphones for any audiophile, the AS-100HD is a compact, supra-aural headphone. The AS-100HD utilizes padded cups and headband. The AS-100HD pursues an enhanced-bass sound signature, due to its Mitsubishi manufactured audio diaphragm delivering good quality audio reproduction, surprising depth, and power for an open headphone. The AS-100HD headphones are quite similar to the AS-200HD headphones, although the AS-100 is an open headphone. Due to the open configuration of the AS-100HD, it has a bigger soundstage compared to the AS-200HD. For such a small headphone the AS-100HD from hifinage is sturdy and provides some isolation despite the open-end design.
