DYNAMIC 10MM DRIVER UNIT WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE
The 10mm dynamic driver unit found in the Moondrop JIU is renowned for producing excellent sound quality. Titanium metal is placed onto a polymer sheet using PVD (physical vapour deposition) technique in this device. This results in the formation of nanometer-sized crystals on the film surface, which are then moulded to produce the diaphragm. This novel design increases the diaphragm's stiffness, which provides great dampening and increased high-frequency sound extension.
ZINC ALLOY EAR SHELLS AND EXCEPTIONALLY DESIGNED ACOUSTIC CAVITY STRUCTURE
To achieve the intended frequency response range, Moondrop carefully developed the acoustic cavity structure of the earphones using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) modelling and 3D printing technologies.
