Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Don’t have any other earbuds to compare, easy to drive, good sound quality across the spectrum.

      Sounds far better than any branded products in this price range. You probably will never get a high quality earbuds for this price with other brands.

      Wire build quality is good.

      The sounds are incredible. I have never had such high quality sounding earbuds like this before.

      I watched a movie and it sounded better than my local cinema theatre!

      Nice sounding earbuds

      These definitely sound good. Compared to Monk Plus, X6 has better bass and the treble is not that fatiguing. The music sounds a bit more fuller or lively. The packaging was good from the Hifinage team.
