Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Value for money

      Much better bass than monk plus. Separation is better too, soundstage seems a tad bit better. Just vocals at times sounds ‘hollow’. Overall great earbuds for the price.
