Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Great Earbud!

      I love Yincrow X6. I have had it for a long time. And it was surprising to see Yincrow X6 being retailed in India. Thanks, HiFiNage.

      But, the reality is very stark. These Earbuds cost around $5-10 at max. It retails in AliExpress and Shopee for like 30RME (or 500 rupees).

      Given the reality, these earbuds are very overpriced. So, I would recommend looking at other products. (Quarks, Re400 etc)

      If you are a flathead fanatic, go for it. They scale well and have great dynamics.
