a beginning and an end to all your audiophile purchases
I got these because IEMs were causing me ear pain.
Earbuds/Headphones are healthier options (rule #1 for beginners out there). Listen, get a good audio source (I have the Shanling Q1) , a good pair of headphones like the Beyerdynamic DT 770 or Ultrasone 580i (I have these beauties) and most importantly Venture Electronics’ Monk Plus. These are true exceptions in the audiophile world. A boon for people without lakhs to spend on stupid gear which will let you listen to the producer scratching his pubes in the next room.
Aptly named Monk, these will keep you grounded.
Excellent soundstage, more bass than your prejudiced brain expected and strong wires.
Pro tip: Twist the wires around your ears once and then put these in like an IEM. That way they’ll cause less frustration.
Get two of these. One for your high nosed friend so that you can enjoy the priceless look on their face when they listen to the Monk and curse their expensive, redundant gear.
Monk Tip: Listen more, buy less.

Not fitting, so not sounding as it should be
Didn’t find it value for money. The sound separation is good but the biggest disadvantage is it’s fit.I didn’t find the fit comfortable.Would like to sell it or replace it.

Just for it- forget about holding $5 earbuds, it is a beast
It is dead cheaper price which may leave you hesitated to keep in pockets, on contrary to all your forethoughts, this is the one you will definitely like to hold in hands as a good companion. Forget about Mids, Highs, bass, details and timbre, it is not justifiable to draw into comparison for its price point with other earbuds/earphones in the markets. Coming about the sound quality, it is a neutral and balanced sounding earphone, and soundstage is wide enough especially suitable for long listening, build in quality is top notch and sturdy. I am not a big lover of bass, I always like neutral and balanced sound without compromise in details and appropriate sound separation, this adds a flavor to my taste, I feel satisfied. I mention special thanks to hifinage, amidst the current corona situation, they did quick shipment and delivery was done on time. I am satisfied with the product. I give five stars.

Great sound irrespective of price.
Build is better than what you would expect. Cables are thicker than my e10c. No part of this review takes its price into consideration unless mentioned! I use no foam covers! They destroy highs for me.
Sound signature: Neutral with slight emphasis on mids.
Bass: Detailed. Good body. Great texture. Mainly bass is not omnidirectional like in many IEMs. Sub-bass is present, but you can’t feel air pushed by the driver. 8/10.
Mids:Â Great vocals, they are completely isolated form any over-shadowing from bass. It’s not recessed at all, also has great detail and texture 9.7/10.
Highs:Â Detailed. Smooth. Not sibilant. Highs are just how they should be.. they shine yet stay smooth. 8/10.
Soundstage:Â Solid, feels spacious. Can’t campare to iems, this has more open-ness to sound.
Separation:Â Good!
Overall sound: 8.2/10
Overall sound considering price:Â 11/10
Yeah they are impossibly good. They made me hate iems as they have more openness to sound, and naturality as well. Suits about all genres. EDM lovers and bassheads stay away!
