      Won’t recommend this website at all. Terrible customer service.

      So I ordered for a pair of VE Monks plus with a universal mic but the product I received had no mic. I have raised an RMA and sent out emails regarding this but have not received any response yet. Hoping you’d take a look at this issue as soon as possible.

      Got another product which is didn’t ordered.

      I got my parcel through Blue Dart, at 1 pm on 27/10/2020, I ordered an HFN83-Universal Mic (Andriod & iOS) Transparent Smoke earbud. But I am very much disappointed after opening the box, instead of an HFN83-Universal Mic (Andriod & iOS) Transparent Smoke earbud there is HIFINAGE earbud but NO MIC! WHERE IS MY MIC?

      Very bad. The sound quality was amazing! But I bought these earphones 3-4 months back and now only 1 of them is working.
      Very bad durability, I am very disappointed and I am regretting buying this product.
      My money seems to be wasted, I could have bought some other earphones at the same price and they would have lasted longer.
      Shitty product.
