Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Tin HiFi T2 Plus is a Tin HiFi T2 on steroids with a change in sound signature from leaner/bright to more balanced sounding IEM. It offers an upgrade sound at the same price as T2. It adopts the latest nano-level dynamic coil to provide the more balanced sound with equal level of details which T2 was known for but this time, without being lean, anemic, and harsh. The vocals are even more balanced out and better than the T2.

      I have gone through many phases during my tests with the Tin HiFi T2 Plus. But I have to be honest: my first opinion about them was somewhat disappointing. Little by little, I’ve been burning my brain to get used to their duller profile, but also softer and more homogeneous…peaceful, above all. And that’s what I highlight most about them. Within its smoothness, its width predominates but without decreasing hardly any frequency. And this is a great virtue since it is not easy to find such a well-rounded, balanced and extensive profile. From the deepest area, the T2 Plus do not lose the kindness that characterizes them, not even in the highs, conserving a remarkable dose of details and nuances, besides offering a noticeable scene and a superb sensation of separation. And what can we say about their excellent mids…

      Then, my advice is clear: leave the blond one (Bl03) and move to the silver one (T2 Plus)
