Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Tin HiFi T2 Plus is a Tin HiFi T2 on steroids with a change in sound signature from leaner/bright to more balanced sounding IEM. It offers an upgrade sound at the same price as T2. It adopts the latest nano-level dynamic coil to provide the more balanced sound with equal level of details which T2 was known for but this time, without being lean, anemic, and harsh. The vocals are even more balanced out and better than the T2.

      Blon 03 killer ? Almost …

      Just Awesome ! I was a bit skeptical about buying tin t2 plus since I like more punchy bass in my IEM and tin hifi are not known to make them. I kinda placed my faith in the super review (youtube) guy and ordered it, and was ready to be disappointed.

      I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED even 1%!! Yes the bass is not as punchy as the blons but The mids and treble are far superior! The mids are so clear that you would be surprised that this sells for 4K!. Treble response of the blons are hardly anything to speak about but the tin t2 plus has a nice extension.

      Overall, I wouldn’t say that these are blon killers but definitely they fill the void that the blons have. I Suggest have them both and use blons for edm / hip hop and the tin t2 pls for vocal centered music, classical Rock etc.

      Finally, Hifinage delivery was awesome ! Got it the next day I ordered and the price too is lesser than other vendors in India.

      Just a small note to Hifinage : pls spend a bit more in packaging as it’s really looks cheap.

      I was looking for a good pair of Chifi headphones since my encounter with KZs. I have a ZXT X which sounds great but a bit harsh at the top end. It’s only been a week since I got my Tin T2 Plus but man what a huge step up in quality. It sounds just right on all ranges and has a spacious sound stage. Would definitely recommend this if you like great sound at an equally fantastic budget. Also, massive props to the people of HiFiNage for delivering this at a fantastic price and within 5 days. I’ll be ordering from here again

      Hello Chi-fi

      Now the TIN T2 Plus to me is a game changer for the chi-fi budget iems. My previous iems were from KZ, TRN and both with treble boosted to blood curdling level. But these are an entirely different species. All across the spectrum perfectly balanced and smooth like no other. Astonishing amounts of detail, Perfect bass presence and Smooth mids make it perfect for long listening sessions. You have the hear them to know. They SOUND GREAT!
      Also hifinage ships amazingly fast even if you order later in the day (say evening) they still ship it the same day, Impressive.
