Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Great IEMs

      Simply amazed by the sound stage and the separation. Music cannot get better than this. Simply great at this price. A must buy for all music buffs.

      One word “Awesome”

      Finally found the earphones I have been looking for after wasting a lot of money on Shure SRH 840, Bose SoundTrue Ultra in-ear, Bose SoundSport in-ear, Soundmagic e10BT, JBL Synchros s200i, SoundMagic e10c, Sony xb70, Apple earpods, Klipsch s4i.
      These T2’s have amazing mids with great detail, clarity and wide soundstage and excellent lows (I beg to differ from many other reviewers who describe its bass as lean or non-existent) though little harsh highs which is forgivable.
      Acoustics tracks come to life with these T2s. You can hear the guitarist playing the guitar right before you including the guitar’s string sounds along with the string’s reverberation sounds and the singer’s vocals very clearly including her breath sounds.
      Instrument separation is awesome, the vocals and all the instrument sounds are very distinct and there is no mixing at all of the vocals and instruments.
      Paired these with Fiio BTR3 amp and playing Apple Music with this combination.

      Phenomenal at this price

      Am very happy with the build quality and a beautiful detachable cable. Even happier with the sound. This has been the sound signature I’ve been looking for. Bass is not weak or anaemic, mids are great and I love the highs. A perfect dollop of everything. Even in higher-end audio, very rolled of highs are common, but in the T2 it’s exactly what I want, and makes audio seem clearer without being tiring. Btw I reversed the pieces to get a better fit, it works. It does take some time to get used to foam tips but I love it now. Don’t have much high-end gear but this is where I’m coming from Sennheiser 598, V-Moda Crossfade LP, Bose sound sport. Hope this helps.
