Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Amazing earphones, and not just for the price

      The Tin T2 almost has a legendary status in the chifi community. These don’t disappoint. The hype is real, and these sound absolutely fantastic. Bass is present, but not boomy. Mids are where these shine though. Smooth highs, no sibilance.

      Special mention to the build quality. These are built like a tank, and will last for a very long time. Good stock cable too!

      I have ordered these in May 2021, and it seems the cable has been upgraded. Now, the connectors are made of metal, and they have added a chin slider.

      Great service from Hifinage as well. They respond very nicely if you call them. They shipped these on the same day I ordered

      The best earphones I’ve used so far.

      I’ve literally spend majority of my earnings on audio products trying to perfect the sound that I need. My best friend got this first and recommended these. Even though this is not perfect, it definitely comes close to it. This is the best you can have at this price for a clean audio experience.

      Fantastic product. build quality is excellent. I am not a bass head so the product truly lived up to my expectations. Started out listening to some epic death metal songs and the sound quality was so good I almost fell from my chair. perfect for genres like metal, rock, noise, ambient, new age classical, and IDM. may not be suited for trance and its subgenres. Noise cancellation is perfect, not too deafening yet no sound leakage either. best money I’ve spent on. Bonus points for the packaging.
