Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      The best earphones I’ve used so far.

      I’ve literally spend majority of my earnings on audio products trying to perfect the sound that I need. My best friend got this first and recommended these. Even though this is not perfect, it definitely comes close to it. This is the best you can have at this price for a clean audio experience.

      Auditory bliss with Tin 2 iem

      Fantastic product. build quality is excellent. I am not a bass head so the product truly lived up to my expectations. Started out listening to some epic death metal songs and the sound quality was so good I almost fell from my chair. perfect for genres like metal, rock, noise, ambient, new age classical, and IDM. may not be suited for trance and its subgenres. Noise cancellation is perfect, not too deafening yet no sound leakage either. best money I’ve spent on. Bonus points for the packaging.

      These IEM’s are outstanding in respect of clarity, separation and dynamic range. Produce very neutral response and are excellent for critical audiophile listening. They give you a performance of IEM’s which 4-5 times costlier.

      As per Tin T2 they sound unbelievably neutral…
      The sound is so accurate and amazing with bright mids and well tuned lows…The highs are a bit over the top but not piercing….The soundstage is awesome , imaging is good , Bass lacks punchyness but there’s nothing to complain as it is very detailed…Overall Best Budget Iem at this price point
