Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      KING OF THE IEM WITH MERE BUDGET

      First time I used it directly with the phone. I have noticed more treble. Then I purchased a Bluetooth amplifier Shanling UP2 and connected with it and paired it with my Samsung A7 2017 and adjusted the bass settings. I am using AptX codec on my phone. After the sound is exceptionally wonderful. I am blown away by the sound coming from this budget. Thank you Hifinage. My hearty congratulations for this real music treat…….

      Tin t2 is such a good pair of iem.. I heard a lot about them in reviews… Now i know they are really good. Sound is open, Bass is present, Bass, mids, treble and the whole song is so lively and acurate presentation. It sounds like my other headphones which cost around ₹30000 to ₹40000 if you plug them in to good DAC -Amp.. Never thought an iem would compete with ₹40000 Headphones.
      I have one Question for the Tin hifi.. How did they do it? I mean seriously?How?? How do they sound like good open-back headphones??How??

      Amazing earphones, and not just for the price

      The Tin T2 almost has a legendary status in the chifi community. These don’t disappoint. The hype is real, and these sound absolutely fantastic. Bass is present, but not boomy. Mids are where these shine though. Smooth highs, no sibilance.

      Special mention to the build quality. These are built like a tank, and will last for a very long time. Good stock cable too!

      I have ordered these in May 2021, and it seems the cable has been upgraded. Now, the connectors are made of metal, and they have added a chin slider.

      Great service from Hifinage as well. They respond very nicely if you call them. They shipped these on the same day I ordered
