Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Description

    XD-10 aka Poke is a new flagship full-featured portable DAC-AMP from the house of xDuoo with a HiFi class sound quality. It can be connected to SONY Walkman’s, mobile phones, computer, laptop. The looks are deceiving so beautiful, fancy and is of size as same as SONY Walkman MP3 Players, xDuoo has optimized the layout of Poke as per the SONY Walkman players so SONY Walkman players are in for a delightful experience.

    It is built of aluminium alloy shell which is anodized and fine sandblasting to give it a significant texture, fine-tuned to touch it.

    Being a very compact size, it is powerful and can drive anything being OPA1622 as its OP-AMP which has a current up to 140MA. OPA1622 has an extremely low noise floor which results in a more linear sound, very less distortion level and noise with pitch black background.

    It is equipped with a flagship DAC chip AK4490 from the house of Asahi Kasei Microdevices which is being used in very costly DAP and DAC-AMP by many manufacturers. AK4490 support native DSD up to 32Bit/384KHz, DXD and PCM.

    It uses the new XMOS 8 core processing chip XS1-U8A-64 is used in asynchronous transfer mode and supports WASAPI, ASIO and KS mode. PCM support is up to 32Bit/384KHz, DSD supports DOP native mode up to DSD256 and DXD 32Bit/352.8KHz.

    For ultra-low noise, xDuoo has implemented Dual Crystal Oscillator as a clock source which works separately in 44.1K and 48K and its multiple sampling states which switches itself to ensure that the local clock has no interference with each other and can operate independently.
