Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Description

    XA-10 is a high-performance balanced DAC & headphone amplifier from the house of xDuoo. It has a fully balanced circuit from decoding to amp circuit by using two DAC chips and double amplifier chips which help eliminate the noise interference and crosstalk between sound caused by shared ground wires which in result greatly improves the sound separation and reduces the background noise and provide the black background.

    With 6.5mm single-ended output, the output power reaches up to 3000mW/3W. With 4-pin XLR balanced out and 4.4 balanced out, the output power reaches up to 4000mW.

    The xDuoo XA-10 supports DSD512, DXD 32bit/384kHz, supports full MQA format that is 32bit/384kHz, supports PCM format with a maximum sample rate of 32bit/768kHz.

    It can be connected to the USB interface of a computer, mobile phone, tablet and hi-fi audio player with support of up to PCM 32bit/768kHz, DSD512.

    It also supports HD Coaxial and optical input which supports up to PCM 24bit/192kHz and DSD64.

    It also supports high-definition Bluetooth input.
