Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    xDuoo X10T-II is a high-performance turntable player with a support of mainstream HD lossless music formats DSF, DFF, ISO, FLAC, APE, WAV, ALAC, AIFF and DXD HD with the maximum bit-rate of 32Bit and sample rate up to 384kHz. It also supports two-way APT-X Bluetooth signal transmission which can also be converted into SPDIF/USB signal when receiving Bluetooth signal.

    It also has 10-band custom equalizer through which a user can tuned the sound of their earphones and headphones as per their need. It also supports car play mode which will significantly improve the sound quality of your car audio.

    It is so convenient to control the music being played by your xDuoo X10T-II by your mobile phone with hiBy link function which can be downloaded from Google Play Store.

    It supports USB OTG to read and play music files from any USB pen-drive. A user can also copy the music files from phone to X10T-II with the help of OTG and USB cable. It can also be treated as USB DAC when connected to the Laptop/Desktop.

    It comes with 2.5” IPS high definition screen with various output interface like USB, AES, Coaxial/Optical.

      An excellent little digital source…

      This is a interesting little gadget, simply put your SD card and connect it to your portable dac/amp via the USB port or Co-axial port or to a desktop dac via AES,control it directly from the device or via the Hiby link, a very clean digital source.
