Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

It includes many equalizations like Dynamic, Lyrical, Intense and 5 sections of custom equalizations to adjust the sound signature as per you or as per the sound signature of earphones/headphones to sound it like your taste.

    It comes with built-in 8GB of storage capacity. One can also expand the storage space through the micro SD card up to the maximum of 256GB which can hold up to 6400 lossless songs to enjoy 1600 minutes of music without repeating any songs from the library. It also supports CUE track format playback which means it will play all the songs of a particular album one by one.

    It has strong driving power to drive even the demanding earphones and headphones due to the back-end amplifier circuit using a rail-to-rail current mode OP amps chip.

    It also supports breakpoint memory playback means it will start playing the song from where you left it. It also displays album cover art along with lyrics.
