Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    xDuoo MT-604 is a superior class-A tube headphone amplifier that adopts four 6J1 tubes for the pre-amp for the sweet and exquisite voice and adopts transistors for class A buffer for the strong output power. With the use of a front tube amplifier and rear transistor, the sound gets immersed and melodious. The tube amplifier has a tube sound that is soft, sweet, warm with romantic and melodious jingles with good musicality. Its produce 2000mW of output power which can drive the demanding headphones in the market.

    xDuoo MT-604 is designed to adjust the volume of the left and right channel separately to eliminate the sound bias problem.

    Its line out can be used as a pre-amp which can be used to enrich the sound of active/powered speakers.

      Excellent and rare combo amp..grab fast until available.

      Excellent hybrid amp and excellent price offer by Hifinage you wont get these products too often grab fast.

      I used 4.4mm cable from headgear audio and used tempotec sinata e44 as input and even my blon bl01 is performing like $200 iem…what a performance. Just replace power card input cable with local one having earth pin which is missing otherwise you might hear alight hiss depending on your wall electric circuit.
