Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

The ergonomics of the shells of P1 is so comfortable that the user can forget that they have worn anything for hours. The supplied cable is equally great with 5N OFC MMCX cable which offers warmth and clarity at the same time. 5N OFC cable greatly enhances the vocals clarity and the instruments in music. With its ultra-nano diaphragm technology with a thickness of 1 micron, the resolution extends way beyond the imagination with faster transient response making the sound more musical and natural with an immersive soundstage.

      Unbelievebly good

      You really have to listen to P1 to make sense of any review out there of these marvels. These are extremely transparent and neutral sounding iem with superb detail retrival and a unique tonality. If you have ever heard Hifiman Sundara, Ananda, Arya etc. and loved that, it is for you. Just go and grab it, if you can. I think they are the best VFM iem in the market at present.

      But remember, it is power hungry. If you want to drive it through your mobile, look elsewhere. It is best for a desktop setup or a good DAP.
