Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Rare Gem

      Thanks to Abhishek@HiifiNage for recommending it. T1 could easily be the best TinHiFi in-ear for my listening needs. Sub-bass reaches deep, overall bass has moderate speed and is slightly boosted. Mids have excellent detail and are not recessed. I haven’t heard the famous T2, but youtuber BGGR, aka head-fier Hawaiibadboy says T1 has better mids than T2. Treble is linear and rolled off at higher frequencies giving it a warm inviting sound.

      T1 is my first IEM and I like it so much that I want to buy another set!
