Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Description

    Sonata iDSD Plus is a high-definition portable audio AMP-DAC which support sample rates up to DSD128 and it is made possible by using the ESS ES9018K2M DAC, ESS ES9601K headphone amp, military-grade oscillators with both balanced and unbalanced headphones outs along with dedicated App. They have achieved 120dB of stereo resolution with the help of the above-mentioned components which faithfully provide the position of each instrument with much more authoritative power for headphones with transient bursting.

    Tempotec has used custom built high-precision, ultra-low phase noise clock source. Four oscillators are being used from which three are for transmitting and one for checksum due to which the clock jitter is perfectly controlled during accurately transmitting.
