Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

Foam fills the space between the stem and the outer ear tips, and silicone is used on the side that meets your inner ear. These ear tips combine the comfort of foam ear tips with the sound quality of silicone ear tips, making them the greatest option for music lovers and audiophiles who enjoy listening to music for extended periods of time while on the road or during nap time. These ear tips fit most IEM nozzles on the market with a stem diameter from 4.5mm up to 6mm. The bore diameter of Symbio W is 4.5mm and these ear tips come in sizes small, medium and large.

      Substantial improvement with average service

      The packaging from Hifinage is of very low quality and disappointing. They just threw 3 pairs of loose eartips inside an envelope and despatched it.
      The product itself is very average. It’s like hard rubber eartips and hurts inside ears when used for long listening sessions. Bit slippery inside ears tend to fall loose often. The sound improvement is quite substantial but cons overweigh the pros.
