The M200 series from Swans has been one of the highest valued desktop audio speakers in the world for over 15 years, and its third version, the M200MKIII has an everlasting classic design featuring brushed aluminium volume, handcrafted side wood panels, sheer faux silk dust cover and EQ control knobs.

Its 1″ silk dome tweeter delivers extended and clear highs for beautiful female vocals and strings with 5.25″ mid-bass driver designed to grasp the deepest, most perfect bass possible.

The M200MKIII has a solid wood cabinet which effectively reduces the internal standing waves, bringing a more natural sound.

Swans M200MKIII

I've had these pair of speakers almost year and half now and they have never disappointed me. Look and feelwise they feel pretty premium with the wooden panels on both sides.
Sound wise from just a speaker point of view they get pretty loud and you will also be able to adjust the bass and treble as per your liking (hard EQ balancing). The tonality is quite great and sounds crystal clear. I personally am not a big fan of booming bass and prefer crystal airy sound as opposed to claustrophobic bassy sound. So this was a great buy for me.
