Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    HiVi’s Swans M10 is a stylish desktop set with three matching speakers and two satellite speakers with 20mm dome tweeters. It has an inbuilt amplifier and a frequency response range of 120-20,000Hz.

    Despite its small size, Swans’ M10, which is intended for gaming, movies, and music, offers enough audio output to fill an entire room. A dedicated bass driver positioned in its enclosure provides its surprisingly deep bass, while matched midrange drivers adorn the two matching satellite speakers.
