Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    13.2MM PLANAR MAGNETIC DRIVER

    The 13.2mm planar magnetic driver in the KZ PR2 earphone, which was recently created, replaces the voice coil structure with ultra-low resistance nanosilver electroplating lines. This produces a low-load diaphragm that benefits from a planar magnetic driver’s better high-frequency performance and quicker response time.

    ARRAY FOR A 7+7 N52 RUBIDIUM MAGNET

    A double-sided array of 14 N52 rubidium magnets is used in the magnetic circuit system of the KZ PR2 earphone, which produces a wider frequency response, higher resolution, and stronger transient response. With the help of this technology, the magnetic circuit performs at its best, producing a more vivid and realistic sound that completely immerses the listener in the audio experience.

    SILVER-PLATED HIGH-PRECISION NANOSCALE DIAPHRAGM

    Despite its higher price, KZ PR2 chose a silver-plated nanoscale diaphragm because maintaining circuit accuracy within 2 microns requires higher levels of technical precision. Our diaphragm performs better than others in terms of quick vibration response, natural three-frequency balance, and higher transient resolution, which may be advantageous in applications that call for accuracy and high-speed performance.

    INCREDIBLE FREQUENCY RESPONSE

    The acoustic team painstakingly controlled each frequency band to achieve a natural and smooth tuning, which resulted in a remarkable frequency response curve for the KZ PR2.     EXQUISITE DESIGN AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

    The front shell of the KZ PR2 earphones is comprised of a high-density alloy, which has a polished appearance and a smooth texture. The earphones’ semi-open exhaust design effectively lowers the pressure inside the chamber, preventing excessive clutter reflection, and producing a more precise and natural sound.

    HD MICROPHONE ON HIGH-PURITY SILVER-PLATED CABLE

    A cable with an oxygen-free copper core and silver coating is included with KZ PR2. It uses a 3.5mm termination plug and a 0.78mm two-pin connector. High-resolution audio and smooth signal transmission are guaranteed by high-quality silver plating. With regular mobile phone HD calls, it is equipped with an in-line microphone. Without taking out your phone, you may make and receive calls directly from earphones thanks to the microphone. The microphone has buttons to answer/end calls, pause/play music, reject calls with a long press, and select the next song by pressing twice.
