Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    The BELL-LBBS little black bell S flat-rich earbuds from K’s Earphones is an entry-level device in the “Ling” series.

    According to the definition of BELL, the form of earbuds is what it refers to: the superior acoustic design and ergonomic wearing design have taken flat-head earbuds to a whole new level in terms of look and comfort.

    It does not confine this flat head-worn around the ear and to indoor listening thanks to the innovative usage of wireless tubes.

    Bell flat-head earplugs are a line of flat-head earbuds made for Asians. They took a large sample of Asian race ear mould data.

    The overall size of the earbuds is smaller and more delicate than traditional German flat-head earbuds.

    Even the great majority of Asian business women may enjoy the comfort of wearing the “Ling” series and explore ears that have been worn for a long time.

      Good little buds

      These fit quite well. Build quality nothing extraordinary. Light weight, easy to carry. Vocals are really good. Highs and lows are balanced. I love to listen songs in low volume and these do pretty nice job. Thanks to Hifinage for a hassle free purchase experience.
