Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Don’t judge a speaker by its size! The Krypton Audio Electron60 3-1/2″ bookshelf speaker is the smallest in the Krypton Audio “Electron” family, but the sound stage is huge and wide! It incorporates a new 3-1/2″ polypropylene cone driver and with that achieves excellent balance and uncompressed dynamics in an advanced transmission line enclosure. When combined with the Harmonic Balance compensation network it offers a surprisingly rich, detailed sound from a small, affordable speaker. 
    While other cheap speakers use plastic enclosure parts to cut costs, the inexpensive Electron60 uses a fully-wooden 18mm MDF cabinet that minimizes resonance and enhances warmth without sacrificing clarity.
    The Electron60 bookshelf speaker fits into a space only 6″ wide and around 10″ deep, making it the perfect choice for desktop listening, or compact surround speakers in a home theatre front, centre or surround-sound system. For a room-filling listening experience with deeper bass that rivals larger fullsized speakers, the Electron60 speaker also pairs perfectly with any of the excellent Krypton Audio powered subwoofers.
