You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Pure Value

      “Coming from how much I loved and hated the KZ ZS3 for it great sound but terrible fit. I was hesitant about getting another KZ.

      But getting the EDR2 might just be my most valued budget purchase.
      Bass is great with a lot of upper bass and satisfying subs. Lots of kick in your music.
      Vocals are nice. Mids are emphasized well with the highs too.
      The soundstage leaves a bit to be desired, but I can settle for that.

      Now I hope they hold up in terms of build in the long run. The Zs3 has been with me for 2 years, and if these even come close I’ll be convinced that I’ll need to get another again.
