Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    SuperMini from HIFIMAN is the high-performance Hi-Res Music Player with OLED screen which is slimmer, lighter, stylish and compact with an 8.5mm design with a battery life up to 22 hours. Other high fidelity music player uses a separate DAC chip to provide better sound quality which in the result is a bad battery back-up as the separate DAC chip consumes a lot more power than a built-in DAC. HIFIMAN has spent years on this crazy project “SuperMini” where they selected a low power consumption controller chip with DAC built-in. HIFIMAN has changed the original sound signature of its DAC to the best level after heavily modifying the firmware and drivers of DAC and amplifiers used in SuperMini with an amazing result have a sound signature similar to their flagship hi-fi music player HM901. This is the result SuperMini sounds transparent, warm, sweet and punchy with loads of details.

    The output voltage is 4.2V peak to peak with its 8 op-amps which is capable of driving most full-size headphones. Its output power can reach 320mW which can perfectly drive the HIFIMAN HE400i and HE400S planar magnetic headphones.
