Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

The diaphragm manufactured by HIFIMAN for the HE1000 is so thin in nanometer thickness which is a breakthrough core technology by HIFIMAN. HIFIMAN has faced many challenges in working with such advanced material which is, in the end, is the successful attempt of this diaphragm in HE1000’s planar driver for its remarkable sound.

    The Advanced Asymmetrical Magnetic Circuit is thoughtfully done by HIFIMAN in 7 years of painstaking research for the reproduction of the near-perfect reproduction of live music.

    The patented Window Shade open back system assures to get the unprecedented soundstage and realm.

    The HE1000 V2 has an improved headband design to accommodate a wide range of head sizes. The weight of the HE1000 V2 has been reduced from 480g to 420g for the best comfort.

    The HE1000 V2 ear cup width is 11mm in thickness than the thickness of the original version which was 14mm for the slimmer and sleeker look.

    The ear pads have been specially re-designed to become the thicker with an asymmetrical shape that follows the form of the ear cups in HE1000 V2.

    The cable supplied with the HE1000 V2 is the newly upgraded cable made of stronger and improved materials (crystalline copper and crystalline silver) which is a custom designed for wide frequency range, low signal loss and enhanced low-end for the quality sound reproduction.

    The ear pads material has been changed from the velour to polyester to increase the transparency in sound but the surrounding pleather material has not been changed or altered.
