Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Description

    Edition X V2 is the second iteration of Edition X from the house of HIFIMAN to address the issue of the Edition X V1 i.e., headband design to fit the wider range of head sizes, the yoke has been updated from plastic to metal now for the increased stability and durability. The pads have been updated in the V2 with improved bevelled ear pads which are now thicker with the large asymmetrical angle. The ear pad surface has been changed from Velour to Polyester to increase the sound transparency but the surrounding material has not been altered as it was not necessary.
