Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

FIDUE has build up individual space for every driver with 3D analysis technology in its each shell which is also known as Accurate 3D Acoustic Chambers. FIDUE has merged the sound of all the 5 drivers as one using Accurate Full-range Divider Tuning technology. FIDUE has not forgotten the cable too with 8-core Silver-plated OFC Audiophile Balanced Cable which provides Ultra-low Internal Resistance and Ultra-high Transmission for Audio Signals. This time, FIDUE has taken extreme care so that none of the parts gets overlooked so FIDUE has given native 4-pin Balanced Durable Rhodium-plated plugs that only used in Hi-End Equipments. Each shell of A91 (SIRIUS) is designed using full-metal jacket with high precision CNC cutting seemless Assembling technology.
