Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

The Fidue A83 achieves the best combination of BA and dynamic drivers with its outstanding divider design and three-dimensional audio chambers.

    This unique design produces an in-depth, perfect, neutral sound with clear treble and added warmth in the low-frequency range. A strong braided cable is joined with a jack plug and metal splitter to provide endurance for everyday use. Its ergonomically shaped driver housings and a generous assortment of silicon ear tips featuring clear inner shells, in blue and red for left and right with stunningly sculpted metal outer shells provide a secure fit and excellent noise isolation for maximum comfort. The Fidue A83 includes a removable cable composed of braided high-end silver-plated OFC cable ending in a gold-plated MMCX connector.
