Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

      Audiophile Bass Cannon!

      Sub-woofer like bass with forward mids and just enough treble detail without peaks or harshness. These were top bass cannons from 2016 but are still relevant today. The bass is not sloppy, relatively fast bass compared to other bass heavy IEMs. Great for electronic music. Bass can be EQ’d down for acoustic and jazz.
