Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    BQEYZ K2 is an 8 drivers earphone model from the house of BQEYZ. Each earpiece consists of 2 dynamic drivers and 2 balanced armature drivers. We call it a hybrid driver technology. Each earpiece consists of one 10mm Dynamic Driver, one 6mm Dynamic Driver and 2 Balanced Armature driver which in as a result full range of audio from bass to treble with great vocals. BQEYZ has incorporated a sound induction tube for even frequency distribution from bass to treble. The mic is given for convenience and the quality of the mic is great which supports all three OS i.e., Apple, Android and Windows. The building quality is great too with aluminum ear case CNC engraving. The earphones are light-weighted with only 25 grams of weight with smooth edges for long-term comfort wearing.
