Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    BGVP DMG is a 2DD and 4BA hybrid design earphone with MMCX replaceable cable design. It comes with 3 sound signatures which are achieved using the three replaceable filters or sound tubes comes with this earphone namely, “HF-Enhanced – silver” which will increase its high frequency, “Balanced – black” which will balance out the entire frequency range aka an audiophile tuning and last but not least “LF-Enhanced – gold” which will bring a smile on bassheads.

    It consists of double array BA units and graphene coaxial double moving coil which is incorporated inside the high precision aluminum alloy shell which is designed using the seven-axis CNC process which includes polishing, sandblasting, oxidation and carving which is extremely beautiful to look at.
