Great earphones, could have been cheaperNon-troublesome support and service from hifinage. Fast delivery, although extra is charged for cash on delivery which is weird. After using for a few weeks, here's my review. Build quality and design: Built and designed like a tank, the cable is tough, although plugging in and out the mmcx cable needs some getting used to. One must be careful to not apply too much pressure while doing so. One thing I noticed was that the speaker grill in these is larger than I've seen in most earphones. I used to own the piston basic before these, and sleeping on your side while wearing these is a bit easier than with the pistons since they don't extend outwards that much. Accessories: The earphone comes with foam eartips which are the only ones to fit in my ears. The accessories included are silicone eartips of various sizes and bore radius. The eartips with smaller bore radius alter the sound by reducing the bass and making the already detailed treble hot, overall making the sound signature cooler which is a strict no. Foam eartips tire the ears after long use although they provide better isolation than silicone eartips. Please keep in mind that ear tip material does not alter the sound quality, only the bore shape and size. If foam eartips make your sound warmer, you are wearing them wrong. Sound: You can drive these loud without an external amp because of their 16ohm impedance. They pair just fine with a smartphone. Signature overall neutral and enjoyable, one spectrum doesn't overpower the other. Imaging is good for the average user, wide soundstage. There is no sound leakage. Lows: Very much present, but rolls off in the sub-bass region. I've heard the application of blue-tac in the internal vent (a tiny hole near the speaker grill) helps to increase the sub-bass but haven't tried it yet. Mids: Accurate and natural sounding. Highs: Clear and detailed, roll-off in the 5k-10k region. EQing is recommended since every person hears differently. Samsung phones have this feature called to adapt the sound to do just that, adjusted for your hearing so that you are able to hear more detail clearly. These earphones provide great value for money although they are a bit overpriced here. They are currently the best you can get under 10k in India, considering build quality, design and sound. I would prefer these over hifiman re400, and the titans. Thank you for reading, hope you found my review helpful.

Very GoodVery good earphone for the value. It's bit heavier comparatively. Sound quality is very nice. Bass lovers may not like it. But I really like it for the clean and musical sound.

Really good on music quality and some issues on wire.Really good sound quality headset for its price. Neutral sound and details are super. The wire is not of good quality. Easily prone to damage. Need to handle this headset carefully.

Monk plusIt's incredible how these earphones sound. Warm with a faithful reproduction of the music. Fantastic soundstage and instrument separation at an unbeatable price point. It sounds as good if not better than much higher-end audio gear.

Outstandingly Open SoundingI bought this IEM only after reading the 2 reviews on the product page of Soundsly Apaisant and the reviews of mrphone and bgr. I was definitely hesitant before buying it because there are none to very few reviews available online. I asked hifinage as many questions I could ask and I was answered very patiently. The sound signature I was looking for was balanced with a very slight boost in the bass region and Mr Abhishek (the owner of hifinage) suggested me to buy these. I cannot write long reviews so I will keep my review short and meaningful. I would like to tell you that I listen to the wide variety of songs and genres from Bollywood to English. These earphones are very good sounding earphones. Bass: Bass is tight, punchy but balanced, I would say, the bass comes when the music calls for it, it will not bleed into the mid-range. Bass has good definition. The very lowest octave of bass could not be heard, I could have heard till 35 Hz then the bass slowly disappears. Mids: Mids are neither warm nor cold sounding mids, mids are there where it should be, neither it is forward nor recessed. The details level in mids is very good. Treble: Treble on these are good as well, the kind of treble I was looking for, it is having an extended treble, I couldn't find any brightness. The treble is neither bright nor rolled-off. The treble is very airy. Soundstage: The soundstage on these could have had more depth but in width, it is excellent. I was able to pinpoint each and every instrument in the recording from where it is coming. I only wish if the depth could be slightly better. For the price, Soundsly Apaisant is an excellent IEM without a doubt. For the comparison, I only have FiiO FH1: Apaisant sound more balanced when compared to the FH1, FH1 definitely has more bass, when listening to the side by side, I feel that FH1 is more towards consumer-oriented sound tuning whereas Apaisant is all about balanced sound, mids are more transparent in Apaisant whereas the mids are slightly recessed in FH1, FH1 has warm sounding treble whereas Apaisant's treble is close to neutral tonality. The soundstage is definitely wider in Apaisant, it likes out of the head feel whereas FH1 in comparison feels closed sounding IEM. I prefer Apaisant to FiiO FH1. Value: FH1 is costlier than the Apaisant so Apaisant has far better value than the FH1.

Best Audiophile EarbudMy hats off to Venture Electronics for what they've achieved for the audio world. Frankly, they've changed everything, and this isn't an overstatement. They've told everybody, including all the big boys (Sennheiser, AKG, etc.), quality HIGH FIDELITY sound can be delivered to the public for pennies. Sure, this is helped achieved by the absolute BARE BONES packaging and build quality. But nonetheless, it tends to blow people's minds that such a product even exists, as it did mine. What this product does right: -The attempt at neutrality: even across the board audio representation. Nothing is recessed, nothing is artificially EQd to oblivion. Each frequency has a presence and is able to shine through without so much as touching a neighbouring one. This bullet point is not just a breath of fresh air, it's a complete and utter anomaly for audio gear at or anywhere near this price point. Anything around this price is coloured (read: aggressively EQd to distract away from the horrid quality). Near-total neutrality here is something that is. Not. Found. -Clarity. The sound has a presence and texture that are immensely detailed and articulate. Instruments can be analyzed. -Spacing. For earbuds, the soundstage on these is stupidly wide. Instrument separation is stupid also. You don't have width elements where everything scrunched together and jammed into a tiny ball. You can be "there" with the recording. These earbuds produce outstanding clarity and precision in combination with great resolution over the whole frequency range. -Price. This doesn't need to be explained. Who will give you audiophile-grade sound for the price of a medium size pizza! What this product does wrong: -Lack of sub-bass. Speaks for itself. Obviously very easily forgiven given the price. -Ergonomics. Comfort is a major issue. You have vast numbers of people complaining about these being able to fit in their ear canals. These aren't for tiny ears. One of my ear canals is particularly small and I can never get a totally true fit in it. Besides this, the plastic material is simply rough and uncomfortable. The foam pads help, but not by much. Why VE even toyed with the idea of earbuds is bizarre. There is a pretty good reason their existence has been so phased out over the past decade. -Quality of foam pads. The foam pads included are of horrendous quality. They're extremely difficult to attach and are hugely prone to tearing when engaged in this prolonged period of an attempt to attach. Most importantly, they are far more prone even still to FALL OFF and get lost. Just taking them out of my ear is nearly always guaranteed to rip one or both of them off. The solution is to be sure to never just take them out as you would with any other normal earphone; you need to be incredibly delicate and slow. -Isolation and leakage. These are horrifically bad at letting in outside noise. Any slightly noisy environment will be letting in noise that will interfere with your listening. Sufficiently noisy environments will prevent isolation period, even when turning up to high volumes. Conversely, they also leak noise to the environment. Bad for listening in quiet spaces. But keeping them at a low volume doesn't yield bad listening, at least. To conclude, while I did indeed list off a string of noteworthy flaws, the price point negates every single one almost completely, save for the foam pad problems. The quality of the listening to price point ratio is simply too astonishingly high for any fault to properly distract. Comparing with my newly acquired SoundMagic E10C, I find Monks to be better for my music taste which includes Trance, Instrumental, World Music as they provide a wide engaging enveloping soundstage which makes up for slight lack of bass. They are far more revealing than SoundMagic E10c. I don't understand the hype behind the SM E10c on website reviews. Monk has better quality wire than SM E10c. Monk wins ......

Wonderful productBest value for really audiophile-grade sound and wide soundstage. Simplify audiophile quality...Music has a tremendous emotional impact. All the instruments are clearly placed with a wide soundstage and it's easy to follow each instrument and voices. The little nuances in the audio are clearly felt. AWESOME. I have an AKG K720 pro but I keep coming back to this!!!

Best earbud under Rs. 4000I got my monk a few days back and have spent some good amount of time with it. The earbuds came in well packed via FedEx, the delivery was very quick. opening the main package had some extra foam sets. The supplied foam is the only thing I disliked, it is super thin and cheap. The earbuds have decent build quality. The wires are thick and good. The connector comes with gold plating, you can use it with your phone without removing the case because the connector is super slim and doesn't require extra space to be plugged in. Coming to the sound... it sounds full and has an impact. Bass and high extends well on both sides of the spectrum.. usually I use foam with a big cut in the centre for better sound. the bass is more than adequate the mid's are punchier and the highs are super smooth without any harshness and peaks. Soundstage and separation are good too. These are 64 ohms earbuds so, make sure you have an amp or capable DAP to power these things.. they are truly amazing earbuds every Audiophile should own!!!
