Before and after burn-in = huge differenceReceived Cat Ear Mimi after 20 days of purchase. It is totally different before burn in and after burn in. For 11 nights I kept them playing at just above regular listening volumes overnight, and not in my ears. Also watched series and played NFS and listened to songs as well. So I think its now burned in for more than 100 hours. Mimi sounds musical now. Its absolute gem for Vocals and those who love treble. Treble is not overtaking bass but yes treble is still more as per me. Bass has improved and is good now. Bass is not up to the mark what I needed. Mimi is superb for movies and series as vocals are superb. Its excellent for games too as you can hear each and every sound effects happening in game. And also for music for some genres. Volume is very high with superb clarity when connected to computer. Cannot increase more than 50% and still clarity was bang on. It is much better sounding bud than E10C and Sony WI-C200. I tested with Dell computer, iphone, Samsung and Nokia phones. Did not feel like using any DAC or AMP with iphone and computer. iphone was able to drive it very well. Used poweramp on Android phones for more volume and better experience. The best part is, this bud does not go into my ear canal (which used to cause me pain after long listening hours). Hence I can listen to music or watch series for long hours. I will never go back to any in-ear type earphone. I will use either buds like Mimi or over the head HP.

Great sounding budsProbably the best budget earbud out there. I absolutely hate iems and have been using earbuds all my life for music on the go. Own a couple of other earbuds such as the Ediifier h180, Faeeal Iris, Sennheiser MX170, Soundmagic EP20 and this is the best of the lot. Paired with my LG G7, pure bliss.

These are treat to your earsBest I have ever used.... Thus far with this price tag .. I've been using these from past 3 years and these are astounding. Up and Running..

True Competition to the VE Monk PlusAmazing things CAN come in small and inexpensive packages. I am an earbuds enthusiasts because using in-ear earphones for longer durations causes sharp pains in my ears. Not only it sounds amazing, but it also looks cute AF with some really thoughtful packaging. After burning in for a day's worth of listening, the sound became so "tasty"! I love my Monk + too but MiMi is my go-to buds to listen to heavy stuff like Nirvana and Drudkh. It handles fragile stuff like Khruangbin as well, so much so that I fell asleep in its aural embrace. The cables are the real winners here. They are heavy which means gravity keeps them straight and non-messy, sit in the ear more stably than the Monk+, they don't tangle easily and look really tough. I hope Cat Ear Audio makes more such products.

I should’ve bought them on amazon, then I could return them.Sound is okay, fit is horrible. I even changed the tips out from my RHA T20i to try to get a better seal. They were better, but it’s the shape of the monitor that doesn’t allow a good seal. If I hold them at a certain angle I can get a seal and the sound is good enough, although not fantastic; but you can’t walk around all day holding your iems in your ears. Gotta let go sometime, and there goes your bass...finito, and your left with some mids and highs. Spin fits didn’t help either 🙁

ExcellentExcellent build quality iems with questionable quality cables which have a lot of memory in it. The soundstage is pretty good, with excellent instrument separation. Trebles and mids are next worldly though the bass is a bit sub-par here. The provided foam eartips fit perfect for me. Money well spent!

Candy on ears.. better in all aspectsMimi is one of the budget earbuds which comes handy with a premium look and beautifully packed in a box. I am surprised and shocked by its cable quality which is high above the price point. Coming to the sound quality, the soundstage is wide and better than VE monk plus is well extended to all frequency response and good instrument separation with few backdrops which can be ignored considering its price point. Mimi sounds great but it requires a source to find its potential. Overall, I feel satisfied with the product, and I appreciate Hifinage for bringing constantly new products on the budgetary side. Big thanks Hifinage.

High quality and durable memory foam eartips.Really comfortable, and they are more durable than most of the foam tips out there... I am really impressed with hifinage's collection of cables, tips and iems. They also do isolate sound very well. I would say that they are even better than dekoni mercury eartips! These come highly recommended and hifinage is the place to get them!

Not my cup of teaSeeing all the hype, bought these a few months ago, as it turns out sound really is good, unbelievably good, soundstage is quite good for this price, everything is good except the bass, which practically isn't present, apart from that, someone with small ears would face a lot of problem using these, it hurts and irritates my ear even with foam (tried 2 foams too, didn't help).

Best in port dacI have used tempotec sonata hd 2 previously, it was awesome but lost it, then I bought this masterpiece, totally worth it now.
