Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    Description

    OH10 is also known as the Obsidian OH10 and is a Copper Cavity Hybrid IEM from the house of Ikko. It offers a dual titanium driver with Ikko ultra-low distortion FDB which helps in achieving a clean and clear sound. The driver’s configuration on OH10 is Knowles 33518 for clear mids and treble with a 10mm dynamic drive for great bass response. It comes with a high purity OFC coated silver cable with a 3.5mm jack.

      IKKO Oh10 Subjective Review

      The fox is just simply awesome
      The overall summary is below, do read the full review on the Indian Audiophile forum, it will be too big for here …
      PROS-
      1) Bass and sub-bass
      2) Vocals
      3) Small fits perfectly hence
      4) Not sibilant
      5) Treble is not sharp at all, throw anything at it ha-ha (don’t throw it on anyone it will cause damage for sure)
      6) Good treble extension and has details
      CONS-
      1) Bad Cable-little microphonic, thin and feels flimsy
      2) Bad case
      3) Only silicon tips
      4) Very Heavy iem (best for self-defence, use as a rock, don’t depend on cable though)
      5) Lacks a bit of treble energy and lower treble range, makes you want a bit more.
      6) Worst packaging by hifinage, just 3 layers of thin bubble wrap won’t do, guys please figure something out- High Hopes from you all!!!

      Very enjoyable, Excellent IEMs. But extremely bad shipping!!

      Let’s get the bad things out first..
      Hifinage, you NEED to figure out your shipping situation. If this is the quality of shipping you have for all your products then it’s a shame! I received the IEMs and the box had a big dent on one corner. The actual IEM box was covered in 4 layers of extremely thin bubble wrap, and that’s it!! I admit that the dent on the box didn’t affect the sound of the IEMs but I will forever remember this incident the next time I want to get audio gear. Being the seller, you need to understand buyer sentiments and value the money we pay. Take another 500 INR extra if you want but please improve your shipping. You can order anything from your main competitor to see what good packaging looks like (I’m not naming them because I’m not here to advertise).

      Coming to the IEMs, they’re great! Very detailed highs with zero sibilance, Midrange is good and female vocals sound amazing on these! The low end.. This is the best low end my skull has felt so far! in terms of detail and quantity these are extremely well done. They’re not heavy when wearing and I can listen to these for hours together and never feel discomfort. So anyone on the fence.. Go ahead, these are amazing! I just hope you get them in a better box than I did!
