Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

Moondrop has released the Chu, a revolutionary in-ear monitor. The Moondrop Chu is an entry-level earphone featuring a composite cavity 10mm dynamic driver unit with a unique 10mm nano-crystal coated driver implanted within.

    The newest Moondrop Chu is an entry-level single-dynamic driver earphone. This 10mm driver has a titanium-coated diaphragm that provides rich and detailed audio reproduction. Moondrop Aria’s decentralized dynamic structure inspired this internal audio design. This high-performance 10mm composite cavity uses a high-frequency phased waveguide with an internal magnetic circuit based on N52 Neodymium magnets and a 0.035m ultra-thin imported CCAW sound coil to achieve high energy conversion efficiency and deliver outstanding performance with full dynamic range and rich details.

    The Moondrop Chu uses a competent 10mm Titanium-coated dynamic driver with VDSF tuning influenced by the Harman curve. The Moondrop VDSF target response is a parametric target, and composite parts regulate sound quality to restore the master’s standards of audio quality. This technique generates a wide soundstage with diffusion-tuned qualities. At this price, Moon drop Chu is simply unbeatable.
