Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Payment Gateway Fee: A 2.5% deduction applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.

Note: Policies below do not apply to products sold without warranty or marked specifically with “No Warranty” / short-term warranty options.

Unopened items accepted; opened items may incur charges.

Changed your mind? We accept exchanges if the product is unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, it may be eligible for exchange minus shipping costs (to and fro) and gateway fees.

Pricing Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will provide the difference as store credit. For higher-priced items, you will be billed the difference.

Refunds for unopened products are issued via store credit. If you open a product and decide to return it, a 50% restocking fee applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Warranty: Product must be within its manufacturer warranty period.
  • Defects: Must be a manufacturing defect (not caused by user, accident, or natural calamity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

Instructions

  • Earphones: Please send only the earphones (do not include accessories) unless otherwise requested.

    Description

    Tin Audio T2 Pro is the newer model from the house of Tin Audio/Tin HiFi. We would call it a side-grade rather than upgrade with the reasons of being a more highly detailed treble region, more clarity in upper mids section and better soundstage than the Tin Audio T2. Its housing is the same as T2 built with metal with the same cable with the different and more robust 3.5mm jack. This IEM is not for warm sounding IEM lovers, we recommend this IEM for a balanced sound signature lover with a bit more emphasis in the treble region.
