Cancellation Policy

You must notify before processing. We will not be able to cancel your after after it is shipped.

Please notify us to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Cancellation requests for already-shipped orders cannot be accepted.

Returns are accepted for unopened parcels. For defective units, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Eligible for exchange after we receive and inspect the product.

    This cable was designed to meet all of your audio requirements. It carries an analog-in signal and produces an analog-out signal and can be linked to any RCA Male outs to any RCA Male ins. This cable can only be connected between the two RCA connectors (in and out). The quality of this cable is just exceptional, with two cores of high purity OFC copper cable, military-grade outer nylon braid, and 24K Gold-Plated connectors from the house of Kimber Kables. The soldering between the Gold-Plated connections and the high purity OFC aka Oxygen Free Copper cable is done with WBT Silver Solder, an industrial grade solder which has high-quality solder with 4% fine silver content, halogen-free flux spares precious metal surfaces, an extremely low melting temperature of 178/180°C (lead holding solder) and an extremely low melting temperature of 216/219°C (lead-free solder).
