Our delivery team is working on dispatching your goods which will be delivered intact and in good time as stated when placing your order.  Our customer service is always there with you anytime you need us.

Please note that orders can only be delivered to your billing address unless otherwise communicated to us and communication made. In such instances, we shall send a one-time password to your phone number for you to authorize a change in the billing address. It is very important that you double check your address before placing the order.

These are top courier providers and will ensure in coordination with them to give you best service and the least possible delivery time.

Should you have any complaints after your product has been delivered, please follow the following return policy to enable us to serve you better and efficiently.

  1. Kindly create an RMA on our website by following the terms and conditions which are given in the RMA and one of our customer service team will get in touch with you.
  2. Our team will review your complaints and a fresh order will be done. In case the product is out of stock, you will be given with an option to downgrade or upgrade your product with the difference in amount refund or paid, else an order cancellation note will be sent to you via your e-mail. Your refund will then be effected, also not in all cases refund will be given based on the discretion of the website.
  3. Please note that we do not accept goods return for any other reason other than them being faulty or wrong order.
  4. Any complaint should be done within 24 hours, after which refund is not possible.
  5. Our delivery team will pick the goods within three working days and deliver the fresh order.

We value your satisfaction. Please make note of the following once you receive your order:

  1. Inspect the goods noting any defects that may be there or any complaints.
  2. Confirm that the delivery is as per the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail.
  3. Verify that all is in order before releasing the delivery team.
  4. Ensure you sign three copies of the delivery note and remain with a copy.

You shall be expected to notify us in advance in case any other person other than you will be receiving the delivery. Details such as identification documents, order no, credit/debit card used and the online sales receipts will have to be produced during delivery. This is mandatory as per our terms and there will be no exceptions to this in any case.
